Refund and returns policy

1. Payments

You can pay for goods in the UAB Bross online store:

Using electronic banking. We will deliver the goods within 7-45 business days after the money is credited to our account.
Using the Montonio system

2. Guarantees and returns

The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 of 29 June 2001 “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items”. Without a serious reason, the goods can be returned within 10 business days, but only if the packaging of the goods is not damaged. If the original packaging is not damaged, you will have to pack the goods and send them to us, the shipping costs are paid by the buyer. If you receive the wrong product, please inform us by sending an e-mail to info@bross.lt (please include your order number, the product you received, and the product you ordered). We will pay for the return shipping costs and ship your order as soon as we receive the returned product. You just need to follow the above-mentioned return shipping procedure. If the product you are returning is opened, used, or has damaged the manufacturer’s packaging, we will not be able to refund your money or replace it with another product.

3. Delivery

We deliver products ordered in the bross.lt online store throughout Lithuania within 7–45 business days after payment (the day of the order is not included). Orders abroad are sent by contacting us in person.
You can pick up the products free of charge at the salon, Raudondvario pl. 170B, Kaunas.
The products can be delivered by DPD courier to the address you specified throughout Lithuania. Delivery time interval in major Lithuanian cities: 8:00-14:00, 14:00-18:00, 18:00 -22:00 on weekdays. In other areas of Lithuania, goods are delivered on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00.
Upon your request, UAB “DPD Lietuva” couriers to major Lithuanian cities (Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Utena, Telšiai, Tauragė, Alytus, Marijampolė) can also deliver shipments on Saturdays.
If you place an order in your own name, but will not be able to pick up the goods, indicate in the order a contact person whom you authorize to accept your order.
You can pay for the goods to the courier upon delivery in cash or by card.
If you have chosen payment upon delivery, be sure to have the exact amount of money indicated in the order.
Additional transportation fees apply to orders to the Curonian Spit.

4. Important to know when picking up the goods:

During the delivery of the parcel, the buyer or the buyer’s representative must check the condition of the parcel packaging, the quantity and quality of the goods together with the transport company representative.

If damage to the parcel packaging, discrepancy in the quantity, quality or assortment of the goods is detected, the buyer or the buyer’s representative may not accept the parcel. In such a case, the transport company representative, together with the buyer or the buyer’s representative, fills out a special parcel inspection report, indicating the violations found.

Once the buyer or the buyer’s representative has accepted the shipment and signed the data recorder or paper delivery confirmation provided by the transport company representative without any comments, it is considered that the goods have been delivered in an undamaged package, the quantity, quality, and assortment of the goods comply with the terms of the purchase and sale agreement, and the additional services specified in the data recorder or paper delivery confirmation have been properly performed, unless proven otherwise.
